To import data in OZmap, it is necessary to have attention to the obligatory elements for each spreadsheet. You can visualize below the particularities in the importation of each category of equipment.

  • Name: optional. Defines the name of the pole. The names must be unique or left in blank, if it is left in blank, the system will atribute automatically a name;

  • Latitude/longitude: mandatory. Coordinates of the element's position;

  • Type: optional. Specifies the type of pole. If the field is empty, the poles will be defined as "common";

  • Tags: optional. Here you can insert some tags that are already registered in your system;

  • Address: optional. Allows the attribution of an address to the pole. It does not dismiss the filling of the coordinates;

  • Licensing status: optional. It can be licensed, in analysis or unknown;

  • Files: optional. Allows the creation of a post. To add images and other files, you can insert your URLs separated by commas in the right column of the table.

In the moment of the importation you will be asked for what distance the poles must be considered duplicated by the system. For example, if you choose 1 meter, the system will look for poles 1 meter away from the pole being imported; if it is found, the pole will not be imported, because it will be considered as duplicated.

When you import the boxes, you will be asked the maximum distance in meters that the system must look for a pole. If there is a pole within the distance, it will be used to set the box.

Then the system will import the boxes indeed. The boxes imported properly will have the lines painted in green. The boxes with problems will have the lines painted in red and will not be imported. This way, a message will indicate the error in the column "status".

You can edit the fields in the own OZmap's table.
